JFRF signed an agreement with the ROTARACT Club in Managua, Nicaragua in November 2016 to help strengthen activities related to our intergenerational program. The ROTARACT Club will support the foundation by improving sensory kits that intend to teach children about different ailments that older adults face in an effort to educate children about aging. As part of this agreement, ROTARACT will work with JFRF and the Rotary Club of Managua to start the first intergenerational program between the organizations.

JFRF is also working with the Rotary Club and ROTARACT in Somoto and Ocotal, with expectations to expand into other communities in 2017.
